Potato Salad Tips -
Dill Weed

Use 2 teaspoons fresh dill leaves as a substitute for the dried dill, as dried dill has a much stronger flavor than fresh dill leaves.

Potato Salad Tips -
White or Yellow Onion

White and yellow onions are readily available in supermarkets. The root end of the onion should be trimmed off and the papery outer skin removed when preparing to eat raw. The white onion is slightly sweeter than a yellow onion and usually has thicker ringers creating a larger dice when chopped.
