Classic potato salad consists of potatoes, celery, onion, and hard-boiled eggs, in a mayonnaise based dressing. This is a great recipe as it is, and a great recipe to add leftovers from the refrigerator to
enhance and make better.
Ingredients -
1 cup Real Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
4 cups cooked, cubed, and peeled Potatoes, (5 to 6 medium)
1 cup Celery
1/2 cup chopped Onion
2 Hard-Boiled Eggs, chopped
Finely chopped poultry or pork make a nice addition to this recipe.
